Chris Derr sits down with friend, PGA apprentice, and fitness freak Sean Mullen to discuss the balance of nutrition and fitness to improve overall quality of life.

 

Chris and Sean met in Port St. Lucie during level 1 seminars of the PGA Program and got into it discussing the ketogenic diet. In this podcast, they catch up on nutrition regiments, training regiments, and the importance of both in the game of golf. The shift toward athletic golfers is undeniable and having Sean share how he treats his body to gain optimal performance led to the sharing of invaluable information anyone can take with them to their routines.
